Our POLYTOUCH® 32″ PASSPORT + PUCK DISPENSER
With its dispenser for trackable pucks the POLYTOUCH® 32″ PASSPORT is the primary solution for self-services in fast food and fast casual restaurants: From self-ordering to self-checkout to advising that a meal is ready to pick up at food counter or to deliver to the right table in restaurant. Therefore, your guests or staff will never miss a order, even in times of high traffic. However, this PASSPORT also plays in another league: In stores, excessive waiting times and long queues stress customers and staff. The kiosk helps to get out of this stressful situation, providing customers with the convenient option to add themselves to the queue and receive a notification when their turn is up. Either via text message or using the dispensed puck. So, Polytouch satisfy customers with a better shopping experience and staff with easier work. Sophisticated market-ready solutions are already available for use in both restaurants industry and retail sector, so that you can go live quickly.
The rotating mechanism inside the POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT ensures the structured workflow of receiving and dispensing pucks.
The Belly can be mounted at three different heights. To prevent unauthorized access, it is secured with a lock.
Inside it is the AKHET® PC Box, which is scalable in its performance according to customer requirements (Intel® Core™ i3-i7). The PC box is an in-house development of the AKHET® brand and, as the heart of the PASSPORT, supplies all peripherals with data and power.
The video signal and power are transmitted to the screen via a single plug-in connection (LVDS). No additional cabling is required. This clever plug-and-play principle shortens installation time enormously and thus saves costs.

Can be printed individually and photo-realistically. As tags, they are placed on the tables within the localisation area for your customers or guests.
After the ordering process, the puck can be returned to the system. if it is taken away by mistake, an alarm sound is played.
