With PAGING, waiting in line for your food order, a consultation or an examination is a thing of the past. PAGING gives everyone the opportunity to spend their waiting time as they wish: a detour to the restaurant patio, a foray into the fashion department, or a walk to the water dispenser at the other end of the hospital corridor.

Where PAGING is in use, the days when customers don’t hear it when their name is called or numbers on display boards are overlooked are over.

The POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT 32 can capture food orders, requests for consultation or service orders from your guests, customers or visitors. Its integrated mechatronic dispenser will then dispense the pager puck. This automated procedure relieves staff and allows them to concentrate on their main tasks.
Would you like to use the POLYTOUCH® FLEX21.5 or one of our other kiosk systems for paging? The external puck dispenser makes it possible! It can be controlled by the POLYTOUCH® kiosk of your choice via its PLS infrastructure.
Has the external pager dispenser run out of pucks? Then your employees can simply replace the empty cartridge with a full one. This will get the dispensing unit back into business in a few seconds.
Setting up a PAGING system requires approximately five hours on average. Depending on the size of the space, it will be fitted with 5 to 10 antennas on the ceiling or walls. The monitoring web application tracks the status of the PLS infrastructure in real time. It uses the collected data to create a variety of valuable key figures. It also enables the remote maintenance and control of the server hub, dispensers and pucks.
